What is Tapas?

Tapas originated in the southern region of Spain and are small individual entreé sized dishes which are ideally meant to be shared (and accompanied by a good glass of wine!)

At Amphoras Bar, our tapas menu is a fusion of contemporary flavours and traditional Spanish-style cuisine prepared fresh by our chefs using only quality sourced ingredients.
